Persona was created to increase the perceived relevance, enjoyment and interest in a given topic in e-learning. It can be used as an onboarding tool for companies to familiarize new employees with different departments, values, and systems of a company. It will help engage the intended audience and increase their motivation to engage in (other) learning formats.
Through gamification methodology, it creates a custom, explorable world around a certain theme or topic. By partaking in narrated quests, the audience engages with simulation of real world processes and learns about the relevance of the topic in relation to their own (work) life. In a sequence of three workshop sessions a unique world is created with custom art, narration and learning/awareness goals.
